This was another of the projects my Team created at my Training Day last month.
Many of them hadn't used Heat & Stick Powder before and I wanted to show them how simple it was to use and how pretty the results are.
The beautiful image from Joyful Christmas was stamped in Gold Encore ink and immediately covered with the Heat & Stick Powder. This was then heated with the Heat Tool until the powder goes clear and you can see the gold ink underneath. This is a really quick process, so you have to watch it. If you over heat the powder, it loses it's 'sticky' and sinks into the card stock.
Once the powder has melted you add your glitter. This is the new Gold Glitter from the Autumn / Winter catalogue ..... and it's gorgeous! Add the Glitter, then heat again to set the Glitter firmly into the glue. Leave it for a few seconds then brush the excess Glitter away.
You get very little shedding with this Technique.
