Team Day - Shoebox Swap!

Back in November I held a Team Day for members of my Dazzling Stampers Team!

We decided on a Shoe Box Swap day. For those of you not familiar with this. All it means is that everyone who attends creates a project that everyone else gets to do on the day. Everything needed to produce the project is put into a (Shoe) box and these are passed around from person to person until everyone has completed all the projects.

This was our first time doing this as a Team and it was incredible fun! The projects were awesome and I loved every single one of them! :o)

The above project is the one I designed for everyone to create on the day :o) It consists of 3 of the Tiny Treat Boxes joined together. I removed the lids from the side ones, but left it intact for the centre one.

I added a handle using Kraft cardstock. This was glued in place on the sides and reinforced with the addition of some of our Antique Brads.

I used the Letterpress Winter stamp set to decorate front and back panels and the lid of the middle box.

The two side open boxes contain choccie treats in Cello Bags, tied up with some of our Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding.

The beautiful Cherry Cobbler Sheer Linen Ribbon was used to create the bows on the bottom of the handle - I adore this ribbon! :o)

The key ring was my gift to them all as an early Christmas Present. These were created for me by Jen Nelson - a fabulous and very talented lady!

I created a little box with the Gift Box Punch Board to hold the key ring and this fitted inside the middle box of my project.

Would you like to join us for our next Day? We are planning another in the early Spring next year. Perhaps think about joining my Dazzling Stampers Team and the Stampin' Up! Family. If you think this may interest you, please contact me for a no obligation chat about what's involved in begin a Demonstrator for this wonderful company :o)
