Something Lacy!

I love this card! It's so simple ..... but so pretty too! And that's all down to the colours and stamp used because really there isn't much to it :o)

I am not an admirer of Crisp Cantaloupe BUT it goes so well with Coastal Cabana. I don't really know why I chose it for this card and for my first inking of the Something Lacy background stamp .... perhaps subconsciously I am trying to love it :o)

Something Lacy is just gorgeous! It's a busy stamp, but that meant the rest can remain simple .... My card really doesn't need anything else on it does it?

I also stamped the Coastal Cabana cardstock that I cut the Butterfly from ..... this just adds a little, subtle something more to the finished card I think ... even though you would hardly notice it :o)

The sentiment comes from Butterfly Basics. I stamped it once in Coastal Cabana and then overstamped it again several times to get it to show up clearly on the background. I chose the Wood Mount version for this set, so it was easy to overstamp using the Stamp-a-ma-jig ..... it would be almost impossible to do otherwise - even with the Photopolymer set :o)
