Celebrate Today - Scrapbook Class - Page 1

I held my monthly Scrapbook class last night. We created two Pages using the Celebrate Today stamp set.

The papers are from the beautiful Birthday Bash Specialty paper pack. I love the colours used in these and picked out some of them for the Balloons.

I used the Confetti Stars border punch on both sides of the Bermuda Bay panel then backed it with Whisper White cardstock.

All the Balloons were stamped 'off' first to give a lighter effect. I then over-stamped them in the full colour with the accent stamp.
