Celebrate Today ... With A Bunch Of Balloons!

I think this may be my favourite Celebrate Today card so far :o) I love the colours in this sheet of the Birthday Bash DSP, they are pretty and very Spring-like :o)

I used Mossy Meadow, Bermuda Bay and Crushed Curry for the Balloons ..... stamping them 'off' first. The stars were then stamped in the same colours without stamping 'off'. This gives a lovely tone on tone effect.

I used the Balloon framelits to cut everything out - apart from the yellow tail .... this was hand cut :o)
