I am sharing another Build A Birthday card with you today :o)
All the colours come from the Brights Collection - this seems to be the range of colours that I immediately turn to these days :o)
The cake stand was stamped twice this time - once onto scrap .... and I cut out the top of it. I layered this onto the full stand using Dimensionals.
The little flowers were created using the Itty Bitty Accent flower punch :o)
