Wonderland - Jingle Bells :o)

I may not have much time to craft at the moment - due to our new puppy - but I do get a few chances during the day to check out some of the blogs that I follow :o)

This card by LeeAnn Greff caught my eye. The sky is so beautiful! I never would have thought to put Island Indigo and Rich Razzleberry together like this. I had to give it a try .... so this is my version of LeeAnn's card :o)

I wanted to incorporate the Antlers from the Wonderland stamp again :o) I stamped them in Black and cut them out.

I adhered them flat onto the card because I wanted to use the little bells :o) I've had these for ages. I bought them for a class, but they were too small for that project - they are, however, a perfect size for this card :o)

And Ted :o) ...... well he's doing great!

Gift Bag Punch Board - Wallet / Voucher Holder

This lovely Wallet was created to hold one of my Gift Vouchers.

I used Island Indigo and Cajun Craze - I love these two colours together!

The papers are from our previous Regals Collection 12" x 12" stack. We still do the stacks, but the designs have now changed .... although one of them still has polka dots :o)

The Gift Bag Punch Board was used to create the shape on the top and bottom sections.

I punched out two ¾" circles and added these to the reverse with mini brads to create the closure.

Wonderland - Antlers

I love the Wonderland stamp set .... especially the Tree stamp. I was at a loss though on ideas on how to use the antler stamp - so I decided today was the day that I would 'do' something with it.

I kept it simple by heat embossing it with Gold Powder. Heat embossing is a technique I use a lot at this time of the year ... getting ready for Christmas. It's also a technique that never gets tired - I love seeing the powder melt and it still always has that 'WoW' factor for me :o)

The Woodland embossing folder provided the perfect background, together with some of our Gold Foil card for some extra shine :o)
