Confetti Celebration - Time to Party!

This was the first card I created using the Confetti Celebration stamp set. I love it because of all the bright colours! It's busy, but fun and pretty!

I used the Candle Border punch along the bottom of the White layer again. 

This time though, I punch them out from all the different colours of card and inlaid them back into the punched border.
