I really hope you are liking what I've created using the Background Bits stamp set! The images really are quite lovely :o)
This card was one of my favourite makes. It took a while to complete and a few versions hit the bin! But I stuck with it, changed it slightly and this is the result :o)
I had originally tried to line up the long background image and stamp it so the little dots were stamped on top of each other. Well ..... I couldn't do it :o) It can be quite tricky stamping a long stamp exactly where you want it - even with the Stamp-a-ma-jig. Whenever I do it, the image tends to go up just slightly on the right hand side :o)
So ..... instead of stamping the dots on top of each other, I just tried to line them up with a little gap between :o) Not perfect, but much easier and it looks fine :o) In fact ..... I love how it looks! :o)
The flower image was again inked up with Markers, this time Marina Mist and Wild Wasabi.
