Painted Harvest

I finally got to ink up my Painted Harvest stamp set last week! I've been seeing some gorgeous cards created with this set and couldn't wait to play with it!

This card was quick! I think it took me longer to put the stamps on the blocks than it did to actually create it :o)

The stamp set is a 'two step stamping' set - which basically means you stamp the image in layers and it's created using more than one stamp.

I used So Saffron ink for the back layer of petals and Crushed Curry for the top. Because the set is Photopolymer it's easy to line things up, although no precision is needed for this one. I used Soft Suede for the centre of the flowers.

The little hazelnut is also a 'two step' image - I used Soft Suede for the top and Crumb Cake for the 'nut'.
