I chose the Sweet Cupcake stamp set and coordinating Cupcake Cutouts framelits to be the focus of my Project class this month.
I've had this set for so long now and was determined to have a play with it :o) As we get nearer to the next Annual catalogue I start to look closer at my stamp sets and try to use all those I haven't had a chance to use yet. I always worry that they will retire without me even inking them up!
I loved using this set. But then I love most of our 2-step stamp sets! You get such a professional finish with the stamps ... and it's all done for you.
The actual cupcake and the base are each 3-step. This basically means that each of them is made up of 3 different stamps. Using different shades and colours makes the images perfect!
The Background layer was stamped using the Marbled stamp.
