Hung With Care and Warm Hearted

I used both of the new Hostess stamp sets from the Autumn / Winter catalogue on these cards. 

The sentiment comes from Warm Hearted and the images from Hung With Care.

This was the card I created first. I wanted to use my Stampin' Markers to colour the various stockings. I was just playing and stamping without having a design in mind. Before I knew it I was on the way to producing this back panel :o)

I used Real Red and Shaded Spruce from the Regals collection and Coastal Cabana from the Brights. 

The first card took a while to do :o) I wanted to create another, but wasn't up for using the Markers again. So, I pulled out the ink pads and used them.

The back panel for this one came together in just a couple of minutes.

I used the Swirls & Curls embossing folder on the background layer - this really is a beautiful folder!

I really like both cards but I think my favourite has to be the first one where I used the Markers. Which one do you prefer?
