I inked up a new stamp set for today's cards. There is also a Video Tutorial below showing you how to create them.
Geared Up Garage and the coordinating Garage Gears Thinlits are a great starting point for creating traditional 'masculine' cards :o)
This is the card I created in the Video - it's just a little different to the original :o)
The car and sentiment were stamped with the Stamparatus, first using Memento Black ink. I then stamped right over top of them using Versamark ink and heat embossed using Clear powder. You can do this for any colour ink, so can create embossing in all colours even without that particular colour in the powder ... it's a really simple technique and super easy to do with the Stamparatus.
The car was coloured using the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. I didn't do any blending here, just straight forward colouring.

Basic Black card base ½ an A4 standard sheet of card

Very Vanilla mat 14.4cm x 10cm (US 5¼" x 4")
for inside the card
Real Red 14.3cm x 9.9cm (US 5⅛" x 3⅞")
Very Vanilla 13.9cm x 9.5cm (US 5" x 3¾" )
Basic Black 7.4cm x 5.9cm (US 2⅞" x 2¼")
Very Vanilla 7cm x 5.5cm (US 2¾" x 2⅛")
Classic Garage DSP (x5) 1.5cm x 4cm (US 9/16" x 1½")
You will also need some Very Vanilla card for stamping on and a little Real Red card for cutting out the Gears.
