Thank You Card using Inspiring Iris - Video Tutorial

I am sharing another Video Tutorial today showing you how I created these cards.

This was my first time using the lovely Inspiring Iris stamp set. This is a Two Step set - you have outline images and 'colouring' images as well as some lovely sentiments.

The card is quick and simple to create. I love this colour combination. It was inspired by the colours used for the Glitter Enamel Dots embellishments.

The Tags were cut out using the Ornate Frames dies. These are gorgeous and will be in the forthcoming Autumn / Winter catalogue.

Measurements

Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow the metric measurements (cms)

If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow the imperial measurements (inches)

Basic Black card base                                       ½ an A4 standard sheet of card                                                                                                            (US 8½”x 11”)

Whisper White (inside)                                    14.4cm x 10cm      (US 5¼” x 4”)

Gorgeous Grape                                               14.3cm x 9.8cm     (US 5¼” x 4”) 

Whisper White                                                 14cm x 9.5cm        (US 5⅛” x 3⅞”)

Melon Mambo                                                  9.5cm x 1.3cm       (US 3⅞”x ½”)

Whisper White                                                 9.5cm x 1cm          (US 3⅞”x ⅜”)

Coastal Cabana (Subtles) DSP                         9.5cm x ?cm          (US 3⅞”x ?”)

? = Approximately 6.5cm (US 2¼”) – This will depend on how high up you stamp your Iris’.

NOTE: I cut the Border Strips longer than I needed and then trimmed them to size later on. 

You will also need more Whisper White and Granny Apple Green card for stamping and die cutting.
