Double Trifold Card - Using Sailing Home

When I created my previous Double Trifold card using the Snowman Season stamp set (HERE), I also created this one using the Sailing Home product suite. 

I love this style of card. It's super easy to create, most of the time needed is for decorating it :o) The Belly Band keeps the card closed.

I did a little ink blending on the image panel to create a 'sky' and 'sea'. I then used one of the stamps from the High Tide stamp set to give my 'sea' some waves. 

The images were stamped using Tuxedo Black ink and coloured using the Stampin' Blends Alcohol markers.

This is the top view of the card - it's a great shape!

I added a panel on the back so you can write your message :o)

I love this sentiment. I added one of the Sail Away Trinkets to the Belly Band and another to the inside top of the card.

The card folds flat and can fit inside one of our normal-sized UK envelopes - but it's a bit of a squeeze! It would be far better to gift this card in its own Box, so I created one :o)
