Perfectly Plaid with the Winter Knit Embossing Folder - Video Tutorial

Hi There!

I have another Christmas Card Video to share with you today using the Perfectly Plaid stamp set. 

This is a very simple card to create .... quick too!

I used both the stamp set and coordinating Pine Tree punch. 

I also used the Wrapped In Plaid 6" Specialty paper pack. I absolutely love this paper with its Gold Foiling ... it's beautiful. It has traditional red and green designs, but also incorporates dark blue too ... so you can opt to create a more contemporary card if you wish :o)

The ribbon used on all the cards is the Gold Shimmer. It's not in the catalogues but it is part of the Limited Edition Christmastime Is Here product suite and can be purchased separately.

For this second card, I reversed the colours of my original one above. They both used Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler.

The sentiment mat was created by using one of the Ornate Frames dies.

This is the card I created in the Video. I don't like creating duplicates of a project, so changing the colours keeps it fresh for me :o)

The back panels on all the cards were embossed using the Winter Knit 3D folder.

Measurements

Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow the metric measurements (cms).

If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow the imperial measurements (inches).

Shaded Spruce card base                                ½ an A4 standard sheet of card

Gold Foil                                                          9.5cm x 4.3cm     (US 3⅞”x 1¾”) 

Wrapped In Plaid DSP                                    9.5cm x 4cm       (US 3⅞”x 1⅝”)

You will also need more Whisper White card for stamping / die cutting and punching.
