Welcome to the Stampin Friends Blog Hop!
This month's theme is Birthday Bash. If you are following along with the Hop, you have arrived from Kim's Blog.

Here are the projects I created for this month's Hop ...
I used the gorgeous new Honey Bee stamp set and coordinating Detailed Bee dies to create a Spinner card and a Box to hold it.
The card measures 6" square. On the right-hand side where the notch is, there is a wheel which you can turn to make all the little Bees spin around the Hive. It's such a fun card!
I have a Video below showing you how I created this card. It's not difficult at all. The hardest part was finding a circular object of the right size to use as the centrepiece for the panel to spin around - but more about that in the Video :o)
To create the Wheel for this card I used the Large Scallop Circle die from our retired Circles Collection set. This measures 12.25cm(4 3/4"). You do not need a Scallop Circle to recreate this card, a plain circle will work just as well. It could also be a little bigger than the one I used - you could probably go up to about 5 1/4". If you don't have a suitable die, you could use a Circle Cutter to create your wheel or alternatively draw around something circular of a suitable size and cut it out to create one.
All the other Circle dies I used for this project came from the Layering Circles set.

The front edges of the card base are heat embossed with Gold powder. I used papers from the Golden Honey Specialty paper pack (FREE Sale-a-Bration item) to decorate it.
The Hive was stamped with Soft Suede ink and then overstamped using Versamark ink before being heat embossed with Clear powder. I used the Stamparatus for the stamping here.

The Flowers on the small circular panel were watercoloured using Delicata Golden Glitz ink (now retired).
Inside the card, I added a Whisper White mat so you can write your message. Two of the corners were stamped with the one of the Flowers from the Honey Bee set and embossed with Gold powder.
The sentiment comes from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set (FREE Sale-a-Bration item). I stamped this with Black ink and heat embossed it with Clear powder.
The Black ink I used throughout these projects was Versafine Onyx Black. Alternatively, you could stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and overstamp with Versamark ink before embossing with clear powder.
I always like to create a matching Box when I make special dimensional cards. This is my standard box for 6" cards and you can find a Video Tutorial for it at the bottom of this post HERE.
I used a couple of the other dies in the Detailed Bee set to decorate my Box. The large Golden Bee in the centre is gorgeous ... and the Honeycomb pieces are a great addition!
The white circular panel was embossed using the Mosaic 3D embossing folder.
The Hive was stamped with Black ink this time and heat embossed with Clear powder.
Here is the Video for the card ...
