All the Poppy Wreaths on these cards were created using my Wreath Building Templates. You can find my original post with more information on these HERE.
I created my first Poppy wreath just playing with the templates. I liked it so much that made it into a card.
I used Poppy Parade for the red ink on this one and then over-stamped the Black outlines using Versamark Onyx Black ink. This was then Heat Embossed using Clear powder.
The Painted Poppies stamp set does not contain any sentiments, so I chose one from the Bloom & Grow set. This I Heat Embossed using White powder.
I used Rich Razzleberry ink for the Wreath this time. I did try Blackberry Bliss but it was too dark and the Black embossing didn't show up very well. I think it matches the colour on the papers really well though.
The Designer Series Papers for all the cards come from the Peaceful Poppies 12" pack.
This is the card I created in the Video. I used a 5" Template to create the Wreath - stamping first the colour layer and then the Black and heat embossing.

Love this project Teri, thanks for sharing. I've made one template and am trying it out at the moment, with the poppies. I'm sure there will be more cards made with these templates.
