Bloom & Grow - Wreath Card - Video Tutorial

I'm sharing another card today created using the Bloom & Grow stamp set. You will find the Video tutorial below.

I love both of these cards, they are really simple but so pretty :o)

I used the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers for the colouring but I didn't 'blend' anything - just coloured :o)

Although these are Wreath cards, I didn't use my Wreath Building templates for them. The front panel is too big to fit - I can only go up to 5" - and these are 5½".

I created another very simple template to use and I show you this in the video. Because the image is so large you do not need to use eight points to create the Wreath, just four.

I embossed the front panel using the Subtle embossing folder. The sentiment comes from the Woven Heirlooms stamp set. 

I added an additional image to decorate the inside of the card.

This card was created using another of the images from the stamp set. I thought it might have been too wide, but although the images overlap just slightly it still works :o)

I really like this one, I think the colours work very well. I used Light Real Red and Dark Cherry Cobbler for the large flowers. Seaside Spray for the blue flowers and Shaded Spruce and Granny Apple Green for the foliage. I outlined the images using the Light Grey Granite marker.

Whisper White (Inside)                                    14.9cm x 14.9cm         (5⅞” x 5⅞”)

Pineapple Punch                                               14.3cm x 14.3cm         (5⅝”x 5⅝”)

Whisper White (Trimmed down to)                14cm x 14cm                (5½” x 5½”)

You will also need additional Whisper White and Lovely Lipstick card for stamping and die-cutting.
