Bloom & Grow - Double Easel Card - Video Tutorial

I'm sharing a super easy Fancy Fold card today. It's a Double Easel card - although I think a better name would be a Front Z Fold :o)

The sentiment is from the Bloom & Grow stamp set. It was cut out using one of the Tasteful Labels dies and embossed with the Tasteful Textile 3D Folder. This is the only stamping on the card.

All the papers used are from the True Love Designer Series paper pack. This whole pack is Black and White.

The Flowers were also cut out from a sheet in this pack and coloured using the Stampin' Blends alcohol markers.

The colour used for the Flowers on this first card is Rococo Rose. I used light Daffodil Delight for the centres.

The card looks great in any colour - I chose So Saffron for my Flowers this time with light Pumpkin Pie for the centres.

When closed the card fits into a standard-sized envelope.

I used Balmy Blue for the Flowers and light Daffodil Delight for the centres.

Measurements

Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow the metric measurements (cms).

If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow the imperial measurements (inches).

 

         

Basic Black card base                              ½ an A4 standard sheet of card

                                                                                                                    (US 8½” x 11”)   

 

 

Granny Apple Green                                28.4cm x 9.8cm  (US 10½” x 4”)

 

With the LONG side across the TOP, score down at:

7.1cm and 14.2cm (US 2⅝”and 5¼”)

 

 

Whisper White (Inside)                           14.4cm x 10cm   (US 5¼” x 4”) 

True Love DSP                                              13.8cm x 9.5cm  (US 5⅛” x 3⅞”)

True Love DSP                                              6.7cm x 9.5cm     (US 2½” x 3⅞”)

 

 

You will need extra Whisper White card and True Love DSP to complete the project.
