It's been a little while, but I now have another Video Tutorial to share with you :o)
I used the Awesome Otters stamp set together with paper from the Simply Marbelous 6" Designer Series Paper pack to create these cards.
They are very simple and would be suitable for anyone's birthday, but I will use them as masculine birthday cards.
These products are some of the FREE items you can select during our current Sale-a-Bration promotion. For each £45 you spend, you can choose 1 item from the Sale-a-Bration brochure. A couple of the products in the brochure require a spend of £90.
As you can see, both cards are very similar - I just changed up the colour used for the card base and banner. This one uses Misty Moonlight.
The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured with the Stampin' Blends markers.
This is the card I created in the Video. I used Night of Navy for the card base and banner this time. I think I prefer this one, you get much more of a contrast between the colours with it.
Both the banner and the Balmy Blue mat were embossed using the new Gingham folder.
It's been quite a while since I've posted anything on my Blog or Video Channel, sadly November and December were not good months for us here - we finally lost our remaining Dalmatian just before Christmas. At nearly 15 Lily was a great age but it's always too soon to loose a precious friend and family member.
I've been struggling to do much of anything really but I'm now finally 'getting there'. It's been very strange not having any dogs here - our Yorkie also moved out this year when my eldest son bought his own home.
We now have a new fur baby - not canine, but feline. Belle is a five month old Ragdoll kitten. You actually get a quick glimpse of her in today's video - she loves my desk and all the 'toys' on top of it! She has helped so much while grieving for Lily. It's so different having a cat again - we haven't had any for over 30 years. She is fun and very special and keeps us laughing :o)
Here is the Video ...
