Sentimental Swirls - Birthday

Today's cards are more created using the lovely Sentimental Swirls stamp set.

I chose to use some of our latest In Colours on these. This first one uses Evening Evergreen, Polished Pink and Pale Papaya.

The centres of all the Flowers and Leaves use the same coloured ink as the outlines but I stamped 'off' first to give a lighter tone.

This second card uses Evening Evergreen, Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya.

The Rhinestones are a perfect finishing touch for the Flowers.

Now then ... when I created the first card using this stamp set (HERE) I didn't realise that the Flowers coordinated with some of our punches - so I cut them out by hand. 

After checking the catalogue I saw that the smaller Flower coordinates with the Strawberry Builder punch and the larger Flower with the Flowers & Leaves punch ... it's much quicker to punch than cut out if you have these products :o)
