Brightest Glow - Simple Origami Christmas Trees - Video Tutorial


I have some very simplistic cards to share with you today :o)

The Origami Christmas Trees are very easy to make, although they do take a little time.


I used papers from the 2022 - 2024 In Color Designer Series Paper pack - this one uses Orchid Oasis.


The sentiment comes from the Brightest Glow stamp set.


This is the card I created in the Video. I used Starry Sky paper for the background.

For the Trees on both cards I used Sweet Sorbet and Parakeet Party.

The 'snow mound' was created using one of the Basic Borders dies.

Measurements


Note: If you use A4 as your standard sheet of card – follow the metric measurements (cms).

If you use 8½” x 11” as your standard sheet of card – follow the imperial measurements (inches).

 

Crumb Cake card base       ½ an A4 standard sheet of card

                                                                                                      (US 8½” x 11”)  


Basic White (Inside)            14.4cm x 10cm            (US 5¼” x 4”) 

Starry Sky                                  14.1cm x 9.8cm           (US 5¼” x 4”) 

In Color DSP                            13.8cm x 9.5cm           (US 5” x 3)

Basic White                              13.8cm x 5cm                (US 5” x 2”) 

 

DSP Squares for Christmas Trees …

                                                          2.5cm, 3.5cm, 4.5cm and 5.5cm

                                                          (US 1”, 1, 1¾” and 2”)

 

You will need additional 2022 – 2024 In Color DSP, Silver Foil and Crumb Cake card to complete the project.
